Pasadena may be known as the city of roses, but it’s not immune to gang violence, and like the rest of the country, has seen an increase in violent crime since the pandemic began.
The Police Department is working without a dedicated gang unit after it was disbanded as part of a series of department reforms ..In this video the Police Chief John Perez speaks on his plans.
