Miya Ponsetto Charged With Hate Crime In SoHo Hotel Incident 7/1/21

The woman accused of attacking a Black teenager who she falsely claimed stole her cell phone at a SoHo hotel was arraigned Wednesday on felony charges.

She was arraigned in court in Manhattan via videoconference Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to charges including unlawful imprisonment, aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
