Critical Incident Video: Jehlani Black, 19 year old fatally shot by Riverside police had handgun

The Riverside man died at the scene on March 9 after he and two other people were seen spray-painting graffiti on a wall at the rear of a business. Police released the Critical Incident video from the March 9th, 2021 officer involved shooting. (Graphic)
