Caron Nazario a Black/Latino Army 2nd lieutenant, is suing two Winsor, Virginia, police officers after he was stopped, pepper-sprayed and forcibly removed from his car during a traffic stop. The U.S. Army Lt. told police he was “honestly afraid to get out” of his SUV, as seen on the video of the incident. “You should be,” one officer said.
