The search continues for two toddlers Orrin and Orson West from California City who were reported missing from their foster home a weeks ago. Orson West & Orrin West were reported missing on Monday, Dec 21st by their adoptive parents, Trezell West & Jaqueline West. Neighbors report NEVER seeing the kids before.
