Biden’s American Rescue Plan Leaves Out Black American Clause, Yet Prioritizing Other Groups 3/9/21

Within the American Rescue Plan their are multiple sections and clauses that specifically prioritize Native Americans, Hispanics, Native Hawaiians as well as Alaskan Natives. Yet their are no sections or clauses that specifically speak to or mention Black Americans.
