Amber Alert Issued For Missing 2-Year-Old Celestine Stoot In Lake Elsinore

On Monday a two-year-old boy is believed to have been abducted by his father in Lake Elsinore. The two-year-old was last seen on Sunday, July 4. The father is also suspected of killing the boy’s mother.
