16 yr old Taylor Bracey’s Family Speaks Out After Shocking Body-Slam by School Cop

Taylor Bracey’s mom Jamesha Bracey says her daughter is traumatized after a school resource officer slammed the 16-year-old to the ground and handcuffed her.
Cell phone video of the incident was shared widely on social media, and civil rights attorney Ben Crump has now taken on the case.
“The person who’s supposed to protect her is the person who brutalized her,” Crump said. “This is an issue especially in the African-American community because oftentimes we see them using this excessive use of force with our children.”
The deputy’s attorney says the video shows a “small portion of the story” and that the use of force was justified.
